Lola, one of the pioneers of the movement km0 and the Slow Food philosophy in Spain, offers show cooking bread-making workshops, made with yeast mother and ecological corn flours km0.
The workshop begins with an explanation of all the ingredients, origins and projects of the producers, and how to make the mother's yeast. After the explanation and demonstration of the different bread making steps, the assistants will make a tasting of bread.
